Terms of service

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the The FAB e-shop.

1. Products

The FAB offers artisanal sourdough bread and bakery products made to order.

Product descriptions, ingredients and allergen information are available on each product page prior to purchase.

2. Orders

Orders are placed online via our e-shop.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled. Membership cards order and gift cards order can not be cancelled.

3. Prices & Payment

All prices are indicated in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.
Payment is required at the time of order through secure payment providers.

4. Pickup & Delivery

Orders are collected at selected pickup points on the chosen date and time.
Customers are responsible for collecting their order as agreed.

5. Return Policy & Right of Withdrawal

Due to the nature of our products, bread and bakery goods are excluded from the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 59 of Directive 2011/83/EU.

As our products are: Fresh, Made to order and Perishable no returns, refunds or exchanges are possible once the order has been confirmed.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us promptly so we can assess the situation.

6. Liability

The FAB cannot be held responsible for improper storage or handling of products after pickup.

7. Applicable law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Italian law.
Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent Italian courts.
