How to Navigate the Shop
You can explore The FAB e-shop in two different ways, depending on how you prefer to shop.
1. Shop by Bread
Best for: discovering our recipes
Browse our selection of sourdough loaves and learn about each recipe. Once you’ve chosen your bread, simply select your pickup point and pickup date.
Our breads are grouped into three collections — Everyday Classics, Gourmet Loaves, and Signature Indulgence — each designed to accompany different moments of the day, from simple rituals to more refined pleasures.
2. Shop by Location
Best for: fitting bread into your routine
Start by choosing the pickup point closest to your home, office, or school. You’ll then see which breads are available for that location and date.
We currently work with two types of pickup points, designed to fit different daily routines.
- Pickup Partners: A network of selected stores across Milan where anyone can collect the bread they preordered online,
- Workplaces Partners: Workplaces that choose to bring The FAB directly to their teams. The bread can be collected by the employees only.
Our Model, Explained
We work with a preorder-based system. This means we bake only what has been ordered, specifically for you. There is no overproduction, no unsold bread — just fresh loaves made to order.
Why preorder?
Because our bread is made with natural sourdough and long fermentation.
It needs time — and respect.

Because we think bread should come to you, not the other way around.
Pickup points allow you to collect your bread where you already are, without queues or detours.

Because good bread cannot be rushed.
We bake in the morning, let the loaves rest, and deliver them in the afternoon — at the right moment for you to enjoy it fresh for diner.
