Returns & Refunds

At The FAB, all our breads are baked fresh, made to order, and meant to be enjoyed in the following days.

For this reason, and in accordance with Article 59 of Directive 2011/83/EU, our products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

No Returns or Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed.

This applies to all the products sold through our e-shop.

If Something Goes Wrong

That said, your satisfaction matters to us.

If you believe there is an issue with your order (missing item, incorrect product, quality concern), please contact us as soon as possible after pickup so we can review the situation together.

Each request is handled with care and on a case-by-case basis.

Pickup Responsibility

Please note that customers are responsible for collecting their order:
- at the selected pickup point;
- on the chosen date and time.

The FAB cannot be held responsible for products that are not collected or are collected late.

Why This Policy Exists

We choose to work with:
- fresh ingredients;
- long fermentation;
- and made-to-order production.

This policy allows us to maintain the quality of our bread while avoiding food waste — and staying true to our values.
